Mrs Cat And Mr Dog

Mrs Cat and Mr Dog live in Willa Willow street. They lived in a white cottage with two children named Hidy and Charlotte. The adults are called Kace and Leilani, Hidy is a baby, Charlotte was 2 years old. Kace always changed the nappy’s. Leilani is multi colored and Kace is black. Leilani cooked all the meals. Kace goes to the cat market to get the liver meat for the cats. Kace goes hunting for his food out in Willa Beast catching wild pigs, and stealing food from humans. They lived happily ever after.

Dad's Birthday

Yay! Today is my Dad's birthday.  He is turning 40! We are planning a surprise party tonight.  It will be at his favourite cafe called Monacios.  After that we are going to Yoget for frozen yogurt with lollies and some sherbet with sprinkles.  Then I get to go and have a free chocolate latte with a chocolate fish.  We are going to Pops house to have ice-cream with sprinkles and then we will watch the rugby on Poppa's T.V for two hours.  We will go back to our house for bed at 9.00 o'clock.

The Cheerleader

Oh I think that I found myself a cheerleader she's always right there when I need her. She walks like a model. And she grants my wishes like a jeanny in a bottle yeah yeah. Cause I'm the wizard of love and I like the magic ones and all the other girls are tempting but they always hear me say do you think I’m pretty because oh I think that I found myself a cheerleader she's always right here when I need her.  

My Favourite Activity

Today I did maths. Math is my favourite activity to do at school. At maths time today I did word problems. I was working with Jackson. Word problems are my favorite math activity. We do math in the mornings at school. Their are 4 groups and they are the Pyramids, Spheres, Cubes and Cylinders. Guess what group I’m in……. yes you got it the Spheres. What is your favourite activity?

The Hail In The Storm

Plomp, plomp went the awful hail and rain, wait a moment I said to my friend Daisy.  Did I just say hail? Yes! shouted Daisy.  Yummy shall we go and collect some hail it is scrumptious.  Yes she said. Whoo hoo we went and put our gumboots on and then went on to the trampoline.  We collected some hail and made a raro, which is a type of juice. We put some ice in the raro.  I gulped it down, Daisy drunk it all slurpy.  I said to Daisy should we go get some more hail? Daisy said nothing because she was eating all of the ice.  Stop! I said. What? said Daisy, oh yeah shall we get some more I said, ok she said.

The Spa Pool

Woooo hooooo. I said mum can I go in the spa pool pretty please! Okay said mum you better hurry though. Why? Because we've got to go to the cattery! The cattery yay!  Is Nelly and Basil going to the cattery? No sorry said mum but Crunchie is, Nelly and Basil and Crunchie are cats. After the pools we went into the cafe to get a ice cream! I got hokey pokey ice cream! My brother got hokey pokey ice cream as well! The ice cream melted down my cheek it felt like I was drooling on myself. I said thank you to mum.

Rango

Cool! Last night I watched a movie called Rango. There was a pretend fish with a pretend body and an electric guitar. Rango is a chameleon. Rango was in a truck but Rango fell out of the truck with the pretend fish and body. Rango was just about killed because a car just about ran him over.

My Best Friend

Leilani is my best friend.  She has curly hair and nice pink lips and blue eyes that sparkle like glitter.  She has nice plush skin with chubby cheeks and a nice big smile.  She has brown hair.  She is wearing a fluffy jersey like me and Mable.  She is also wearing black tights.  Leilani has a sister called Aria.  She is very brave and very good at talking, she also has a cousin called Jade.  I was in Room 2 with her and she never stops singing, she knows lots of songs.  She has a beautiful voice. She is a New Zealand kid, she speaks English.  Leilani is very light as she is only 6 years old and she is very beautiful and small.  She is a good speller.  Her mum is called Amanda.  We both go to Frankley School.

My Horror Story

Ahhhhh. Spider I screamed to mum. Superman to the rescue said Jared as he got a pretend gun and put a bullet into the gun and shot the spider. Thank you Jared I said with pleasure. One hour later…… “ahhhh it’s a white tale” I said and I ran to the door, oh no I’ve locked myself in. This is no good the window was 50 centimeters away from the ground. But it was locked no one dared to come in with a white tale in the bathroom! But there were hairbrushes in the cupboard. So I got one out and killed it. “I killed it” I said to mum and Jared. Mum came with the keys she unlocked the door and I ran free.

Okoare Pa
Walking along the track, over to the Pa site. Scwelch, scwelch, scwelch went the mud.  I heard all along the track, ewww, yuck poo!  Okoare Pa used to be a Pa site.  A Pa site is a hill with a flat top, it had a flat top.  Maori people made a hut up the top.  It had a stream around it, at the bottom of Okoare Pa were little huts and it was made a long time ago.

The Flight

Broom Broom the engine went. At the airport there'e were lots of people.  I got to get a big juice bottle to share with dad.  We had to go to number five to go to the aeroplane.  The conductor had two red sticks to wave.  I wobbled lot's on the ride to Australia.  A nice lady gave me some water and food to have.  The flight was bumpy.

The Stormy Night

Last night it was a stormy cold night and suddenly my gate broke from thunder and lightning. My brother was terrified. My brother is called Jared our flatmate went to the beach to watch the STORM. My flatmate is called Ty.

My Brother's Birthday

Cool! In 8 more sleeps it will be my brothers birthday. It is going to be a surprise birthday. I wonder what we are going to do. I think I am going to go to the dairy to buy him a treat. I might buy him a Kinder egg because it’s his favorite treat. He is as excited as a queen.

Have you captured the beauty of the rock pool creature that you observed? 
Yes. I captured the beauty with little bumps on the crab shell and I put little joints on the legs as well as some spikes and little eyes on his forehead.
 How difficult was it to transfer the patterns from your observational drawing to your Batik? 
Very tricky. It was drippy because the wax was hot and slimy and if it's hot and slimy it gets all runny and the wax drips out of the tjanting.

Free Swimming

Yay! today it is my swimming I am excited for swimming because it is free swimming with a slide and boats. When we are on the boats we will do  backward flips of the boat. The boat is yellow and it fits about four people I think.  It is the last day of swimming. On a free swimming day all of classes get together and do swimming.
